Product Radar Calendar

Privacy Policy

Effective 3 August 2026

This policy explains how Product Radar Calendar accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes Google user data.

Google data we access

Sign-in uses your name, email address, Google account identifier, and basic profile. A separate Calendar connection receives only busy or free intervals in the selected period. The service does not request existing event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, attachments, or conference links.

Use and storage

Busy intervals are processed temporarily to calculate shared available slots and are not stored as calendar records. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Meeting-room records contain participant names and email addresses, suggested times, responses, and the final result.

Sharing and user control

Room participants see information intentionally shared in that room, but never another person's raw busy intervals or calendar. Google data is not sold or used for advertising, lending, profiling, or training general-purpose AI models. Users can disable event additions, fully revoke Google access in Settings, and request account or room-data deletion at productt.radarr@gmail.com.

Google API Limited Use

Product Radar Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
