This policy explains how Product Radar Calendar accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes Google and Calendly user data.
Data we access
Sign-in uses your name, email address, Google account identifier, and basic profile. A separate Google Calendar connection receives only busy or free intervals in the selected period. A separate Calendly connection reads busy times and availability rules. The service does not request existing Google event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, attachments, or conference links, and does not request Calendly event-writing access. Each Google permission belongs only to the account that granted it; another participant never receives access to your calendar, OAuth token, or Google Account settings.
Use and storage
Busy intervals are processed temporarily to calculate shared available slots and are not stored as calendar records. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Meeting-room records contain participant names and email addresses, suggested times, responses, and the final result. Automatic Google Calendar actions are used only for visible tentative holds, removal of unused holds, and final meetings created through Product Radar Calendar.
Sharing and user control
Room participants see information intentionally shared in that room, but never another person's raw busy intervals or calendar. Calendar permissions are not transferred between participants. Google and Calendly data is not sold or used for advertising, lending, profiling, or training general-purpose AI models. Users can disable Google event additions, revoke Google Calendar and Calendly access separately in Settings, and request account or room-data deletion at productt.radarr@gmail.com.
Google API Limited Use
Product Radar Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
