Calendar data safety
Product Radar Calendar requests the minimum permission needed for each visible scheduling action.
Availability stays private
The app uses busy or free intervals from Google Calendar or Calendly to calculate shared slots. Other participants do not see raw busy intervals, your Google Calendar, your Calendly account, or details from existing events.
Optional Google Calendar event permission
The optional Google Calendar permission "See, create, change, and delete events on Google calendars you own" is requested only when a user enables Google automatic additions. It creates and deletes app-created tentative holds and final meetings that are visible in Product Radar Calendar, and does not read existing event content. The permission applies only to the Google Account that granted it; other participants do not receive access to your calendar. Calendly is read-only.
Protection and revocation
The service uses HTTPS, encrypts OAuth tokens, hashes private-link tokens, and keeps its runtime and storage separate from other products. Users can revoke Google Calendar and Calendly access separately and delete locally stored credentials from Settings.
